In early 2006, Dale joined the Ultra-Tech Printing family and has been a driving force ever since. He takes great pride in building strong, lasting customer relationships while delivering work that is both timely and precise. From customer service to graphics, clients trust that every project he oversees receives exceptional care, attention, and accuracy.
His journey began in a small-town Michigan high school, where he discovered a passion for printing and graphic design after enrolling in an introductory Graphic Arts course. What started as simple curiosity—experimenting with layout, typography, and foundational industry tools—quickly evolved into a genuine fascination with the entire print process. He was drawn not only to the creative aspects of design, but also to the technical precision required to bring concepts to life on press. This interest led him to pursue two additional years of advanced graphics coursework.
Dale continued his education at Ferris State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in New Media Printing and Publishing. Following graduation, he began his professional career producing graphics for the sign and offset printing industries, building the technical foundation and industry expertise he brings to his role today.
